DJ Oliver - Body Shaker EP incl. Rendher Remix
Paco Osuna's record label Mindshake starts 2026 with a percussive tech house release by DJ Oliver, which alongside the two original tracks, also includes a funky remix by Rendher.
DJ Oliver is a Spanish DJ and producer who first carved out an international career following his Ibiza residencies at iconic venues such as Amnesia and Space. His skills behind the decks earned him an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1, and he's played headline shows all over the world.
His upbeat style combines flowing congas and rolling basslines with hip hop-inspired vocals to create hypnotic grooves that are tailor made for the dance floor, and this is his second time working with Mindshake.
On remix duty, Rendher is a fellow Spaniard whose style combines techy percussion and funky riffs to create a feel-good tech house with scorching hot vibes. He plays regularly at events such as Nowhere, and his tracks are regularly supported in Paco Osuna's DJ sets.
First up. the release's title track "Body Shaker" has a chunky groove with tribal drums and hedonistic vocals underpinned by a rolling bassline. Next up, "Bustah" has a stripped-back groove where chopped up vocals intertwine with dramatic percussion.
Rendher closes the release with his remix of "Body Shaker" that takes a loop of the original's vocal, and strips back the drums to make room for a funky bass and trumpet stabs.
