Sebastian Ledher - Benedictions EP incl Fer BR and Manu Gonzalez Remixes
Sebastian Ledher is an artist with Colombian roots who joins Paco Osuna’s Mindshake Records having previously featured on elrow Music, Witty Tunes and his own Play Groove Recordings.
Many will know Sebastian Ledher from his track “Una” made in collaboration with Italian duo Neverdogs which charted No.1 in the Minimal section of Beatport for many months.
Alongside the two originals by Sebastian Ledher, the EP also features remix versions from Fer BR and Manu Gonzalez.
Fer BR has a deep and techy style that he has featured on many leading labels ranging from Adam Beyer’s Truesoul, Richie Hawtin’s Minus and Claude VonStroke’s Dirtybird . He has been a regular feature of Mindshake and is once again showing off his production prowess.
Manu Gonzalez is one of Ibiza’s home-grown talents, who after DJ’ing at many of its most prestigious clubs is now booked to play sets all over the world. He has been equally successful in the studio, producing tracks and remixes for labels like Knee Deep In Sound, Moon Harbour and Nervous Records.
“Benedictions” opens the release with an acid-tinged bassline and seductive vocal that combine to create a funk-fuelled groove. “Make Me Scream” lifts things up a gear with its stripped back style and jacking rhythms give it a party starting energy. Fer BR’s rework of Benedictions tightens things up to deliver a chunkier version with extra bite, and Manu Gonzalez remix of Make Me Scream is a streamlined version with added atmosphere without losing any of the club friendly vibe.
